5/24-Grace Christian had three players land on the Louisiana Sportwriters  and Louisiana Baseball Coaches Assocation All State teams for Class B in 2008.Gabe Curtis made the LSWA first team he batted .578 with 59RBI's and 3HR while James Slater (11-1) and 2nd baseman Chaston LaCaze .490 made LSWA honorable mention.Gabe Curtis and James Slater made 1st team Coaches All State and Chaston LaCaze was Honorable mention.
