Boys-Georgetown 69 Grace Christian 67-Andrew Atwell scored with 3 seconds left to give Georgetown a thrilling victory. Grace rallied to take the lead 67-66 after being down by 13 points but missed 9 free throws on the night. The Warriors fought hard after being down 62-54 with 3 minutes left when they outscored the Bulldogs 13-4 to take the lead. GCS falls to 9-20 overall and 3-4 in conference play. Ken Madden scored a career high 40 points as he makes his case for district mvp. Sophomore Blake Baker added 16 points and 8 rebounds. Shea Willis grabbed 8 rebounds after battling foul trouble all night long. Andrew Atwell scored 18 for Georgetown (11-17 overall and 6-0) and Zach Laysone added 17.
Girls-Georgetown 34 Grace Christian 28-Tanner Maxwell and Haley Landry combine to score 19 of Georgetown's points to help the Bulldogs beat Grace 34-28. The Lady Bulldogs never trailed after the 1st quarter. Hillary Goudeau scored a game hgh 12 points for the Lady Warriors. Georgetown clinched 1st place with the win.
